Loco moco was a trip to Flavor Town! Fish tacos were fresh and spicy . Mango lemonade was a perfect pairing for the whole meal. The seating next to the water was very relaxing yet crowded.

If you're looking for a spot where the food comes out faster than you can say "Aloha," Marination Ma Kai is your place! The staff here are the epitome of Seattle nice, and the views? Straight up fire. Picture-perfect panoramas of Seattle that might just make you forget your food is right in front of you. Now, let's talk about the kimchi fried rice with spicy pork. This dish slaps so hard, it should come with a warning label. And those fish tacos? They might be small, but each bite brings a little bit of Puget Sound straight to your plate. It's like a seafood love letter from the ocean. But hold up, the real star of the show has to be the Bloody Mary with its spam garnish. Yes, you read that right--spam. This little touch of aloha in your drink makes you feel like you're back in Hawaii, getting a hug with every sip. It's like a mini vacation, one Bloody Mary at a time. Marination Ma Kai, you've won my heart and my taste buds. Mahalo! ---

Love the outdoor patio and plenty of seating for a spot that stays busy on the regular. We ordered many things on the menu! Macaroni salad: could have used more salt from behind, but can't go wrong with this simple classic. Taco salad: huge fan of this, it was a generous serving as well. Pork tacos: tasty but add a side unless your appetite is light Lychee margarita: could have used more lychee flavor but I'm a girl that loves more of a fruity taste than an alcohol taste Spam sliders: these are the best. The spam is cooked perfectly and the ratios are on point. Don't pass on these.

Once in a blue moon, when my motivation overcomes my laziness I trek down here for food. I usually only visit during the summer with my friends or the last time was with my sister. We had eaten dinner already but was on the hunt for Italian ice. Couldn't get that here so we settled for shaved ice. The lady working was so nice, I think she was going to turn us away because they were really busy but she decided to make my sister and I one anyways. I got passionfruit and guava with vanilla ice cream and my sister got coconut and matcha. My sister was pretty good but I loved mine just because I prefer sour flavors. We didn't get food this time but food is pretty good! It also comes with a great view and on a nice day, this place is packed.
